George gained the eyes of international media for the first time when he won a hard-fought title the Polish International title. Later, he competed at the 2022 Badminton Asia Team Championships but was eliminated in the group stage. First, he lost to Korean Kim Joo Wan, then he lost to Hong Kong’s Chan Yin Chak and finally to Indonesia’s Ikhsan Rumbay.
Currently, in the 2023 season, Kiran won his second BWF World Tour title at the Indonesia Masters Super 100 where he defeated Japanese shuttler Koo Takahashi. Kiran is one of the many rising talents in Indian badminton alongside players like Lakshya Sen & Mithun Manjunath. However, so far this youngster has found relative success. Nevertheless, the next season can be his and with important tournaments like the Paris Olympics around the corner; it will be a great opportunity for the youngster to etch his mark.
