Anish Kumar Giri is a chess prodigy and a Dutch chess grandmaster who is a five-time Dutch champion (2009, 2011, 2012, 2015, and 2023). Giri started his chess career under the tutelage of his mother at the age of six. Anish showed tremendous promise as a young talent and kept getting stronger.
