The 2023-24 season of the Pro Kabaddi League is in full swing with exciting and nerve-wracking matches. It is the tenth installation of the mega event which has uplifted the kabaddi standards worldwide. The season began on 2 December 2023 and this time the usual travelling caravan of PKL has returned after the 2019 season. Player auction for season 10 was conducted on 8 and 9 October in Mumbai. The fixtures of the tournament were announced on 19 October 2023. Each team played against all the other teams twice, and the top 6 teams proceeded to the play-offs.

On January 21, 2023, the Gujarat Giants will lock horns with the Puneri Paltan at the Gachibowli Indoor Stadium in Hyderabad. The Gujarat Giants are in the fourth place in the points table with 44 points while the Puneri Paltan are in the tenth position with 52 points. So far, the Giants have played 13 matches, of which they have won 8 and lost 5. On the other hand, Puneri Paltan has played 12 matches, of which they have won 10 and lost 2. Heading into tomorrow’s match, the Gujarat Giants are coming with a win against the Dabang Delhi KC (31-26) while the Puneri Paltan are coming with a loss against the Jaipur Pink Panthers (34-36).
