His professional debut occurred on April 18, 2021, during a 2–2 league draw against Copenhagen. Later in the same season, on September 16, he secured his first Premier League start in a 3-1 victory over Manchester United, where he also registered an assist. On the international stage, Adingra received his first call-up to the Ivory Coast senior national team in March 2023 for two Africa Cup of Nations qualification matches against Comoros. He currently has ten appearances for the Ivory Coast national team.
